While your personal shopper is working on your order, you can chat with them about changes to your order, to get more information about a recommended replacement, and anything else you want to communicate.
Chat with your shopper
In the app/website
Open the GroceryList app while your order is in progress.
- Send a message to customer care on the GroceryList App/ Website
- Your shopper will reach out to you via Whats App.
- You’ll receive an alert when your personal shopper replies.
Review chats on previous orders
After an order is complete, you can review the messages between you and your shopper.
If a shopper hasn’t started your order yet, you can make changes to your order such as item selections, notes, and replacement options by sending us a message.
