Did you receive a delivery you’re not completely satisfied with? In most cases, we can make things right quickly when you report a problem through the GroceryList app or website. You have up to 14 days to report an issue with your order.

In the GroceryList app or website, you can get an immediate resolution for these types of issues—

  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged items
  • Poor replacements
  • Early/late orders
