Chat with your shopper

While your personal shopper is working on your order, you can chat with them about changes to your order, to get more information about a recommended replacement, and anything else you want to communicate.

In the app/website

Open the GroceryList app while your order is in progress.

  1. Send a message to customer care on the GroceryList App/ Website
  2. Your shopper will reach out to you via Whats App.
  3. You’ll receive an alert when your personal shopper replies.

Review chats on previous orders

After an order is complete, you can review the messages between you and your shopper.

If a shopper hasn’t started your order yet, you can make changes to your order such as item selections, notes, and replacement options by sending us a message.
