It’s easy to track your order, from the moment your personal shopper starts finding your items until the moment it arrives at your door.
For best results, download the latest version of the GroceryList app for iOS or Android.
Order status
You can check your order status with the GroceryList app or website.
In the app—
- Tap the 3 stacked horizontal lines in the upper left corner
- Tap Your orders
- Tap an order to view its status
On the website—
- At the top left, click the 3 horizontal lines
- Click Your orders
- Click on an order to view its status
Want to chat with your shopper? Tap the Chat link at the top of the screen to let them know if you want to add items to your order or make other changes. Note certain items, such as alcohol, may not be added after your order is placed.
On the website—

Tracking your delivery in progress
When it’s time for delivery, you’ll see a message in the GroceryList app’s order screen. (If you have notifications turned on, you’ll get an alert as well.)
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Need to give your driver last-minute delivery instructions? Scroll to the bottom of the delivery screen and tap Chat with the shopper. (For safety reasons, drivers might not reply while they’re en route.)
